The interactive trend chart is a feature that allows buyers to compare key housing market data (like median sold price, available listings, and days on market) across multiple locations. Users can filter by home type, bedroom count, and view trends over 6 month, 1 year, and 2 year intervals to better understand where, and when, to buy.

This feature originated from a hack week project I contributed to, and received such positive feedback that it was fast-tracked for prioritization and brought into full production.
